♪ We’re gonna have a party. It’s time to shake your body ♫

I can’t help it. I am a bard. Please listen to this lovely on-theme music while you read this article. It will put you in the mood to party as you get ready to dance. Dance, my loves, dance for festivale!

Pave is coming on the 15th of February, and we’re going to have a Festivale! Here’s what you need to know to get ready!

Festivale Furniture Items

There will be a series of items that are available for you to pick up from Nook’s Cranny starting February 1st through the 15th. Each day you will be able to purchase one item, and the item will change out daily until you collect them all. After you have collected each of them, they will start to rotate.

The collection of items comes in one of four colors: blue, red, green, or purple. The color selection is made at random, and you won’t be able to change the color that is assigned to your island. My island was assigned blue, and Dynamo’s island was assigned red. Both of us would have been happier if we could have selected a different color, but everything was so cute that in the end we were fine with what we got. (And we later found out about the customization options!)

It is also important to note that you can not purchase additional items from the ABD or the shopping app – you are actually limited to the single quantity that is available in Nook’s. This limit also applies if you have multiple residents on your island – you still only get one. (The ways in which Nintendo seems to have wanted to destroy relationships with this game continues to grow.)

Here is a list of the items that will be available for you to purchase:

Festivale Stage

Festivale Stage

The stage will cost 6,000 Bells. The stage is absolutely fabulous and a must-have for your festivale partying. When you run across the stage, the feathers will blow in the breeze left in your wake!

As mentioned, you will have the ability to customize, so you’ll be able to see all of the variants – which will look like this:

Festivale Stage - Green
Festivale Stage - Red
Festivale Stage - Purple

And bonus, apparently they can be in rainbow!

It appears that they will take feathers to customize, rather than just customization packets, which is not unlike the items over Halloween which required pumpkins. Feathers don’t seem to be available just yet, and we can only assume that they will become available on the day of the actual festivale.

Festivale Parasol

Festivale Parasol

You can purchase the parasol for 2,500 Bells from Nook’s Cranny. It’s a very cute parasol, but doesn’t have any additional actions when you place it.

Festivale Drum

Festivale Drum

You can purchase the drum for 2,100 Bells from Nook’s Cranny. The drum is extra amazing because you can play it!

Festivale Garland

Festivale Garland

The garland will run you 4,000 Bells. It’s pretty and makes great decor, but has no action after you place it.

Festivale Lamp

Festivale Lamp

The lamp will be 1,500 Bells. Like most lamps, you will be able to turn the light and of as needed.

Festivale Stall

Festivale Stall

The stall will cost you 3,000 Bells. It is the same size as a stall you can build, but a bit more decorative. As with other stalls, you are able to place two small items or a single larger item on it.

Festivale Flag

Festivale Flag

The flag is 1,300 Bells and blows beautifully in the wind.

Festivale Balloon Lamp

Festivale Balloon Lamp

It is 4,000 Bells for this balloon lamp. It doesn’t do much other than look pretty.

Festivale Confetti Machine

Festivale Confetti Machine

This 5,000 Bell machine might be my favorite piece! Buy it, place, turn it on and enjoy the confetti! It never turns off! It’s beautiful!

Festivale Clothing

There are a three items of clothing that you can obtain to help in your party as well. Like the furniture, they’ll come in four variations – but you’ll be able to purchase all of them from Able Sisters. You’ll find a Festivale accessory, costume, and tank dress!

Unfortunately, it didn’t look like any shoes were provided – but if you have the Strappy Heels, they match pretty well!

Festivale Reactions

In addition to the new furniture items and clothing, there are some new reactions! You can buy the pack of them from Nook’s Cranny, and they are actually really adorable. If you have ever wanted to dance with your villagers, now is your chance!

There you have it! That’s everything we know so far about the upcoming festivale, but we’ll update this post after the event and we get a chance to meet Pave!
